A Low Impact Total Body Workout

Our Adult Swim Endurance Class is perfect for those who already have a basic understanding of swimming strokes and are looking to refine their technique, build endurance, and gain more confidence in the water.


What You’ll Learn:

  • Kicking Techniques: Improve your kick efficiency with targeted drills designed to enhance power and speed.
  • Stroke Drills: Fine-tune your strokes with focused drills that break down each element of your swim technique.
  • Breathing Techniques: Master your breathing patterns to swim longer distances with ease and comfort.
  • Sprints: Boost your speed and build fast-twitch muscle response with short, sprint sets.
  • Distance Sets: Build your stamina with longer sets that challenge your endurance and mental focus.


Who Should Join?

This class is ideal for adults who can already swim 50 yards of freestyle and 50 yards of backstroke, with rests in between as needed. Whether you're training for a competition, looking to improve your fitness, or just wanting to swim more efficiently, this class will provide the structure and support you need to reach your goals - whatever they may be.

Payments and Registration will go through JackRabbit our online swim software. Thus, when registering please add your credit card information.



All cards will be charged at the beginning of the month before the swim session starts, within the first 6 days from the debit or credit card that will be kept on file with Katie's Kickers. This payment will secure your spot for the session.
